Primal Food Pyramid for Kids

 

In an effort to help my four year old understand our new way of eating I made this food pyramid to hang on our kitchen wall. It's a simpler version of this one at Mark's Daily Apple. Unlike the original mine includes (crudely draw) pictures since my son is still unable to read. Hopefully this will help him understand that while eating apples with Sunbutter is a good snack, eating that for every meal is not so good.
