Sugarless Italian Soda

Sometimes I just want something cold and yummy to drink other than water. That's why I came up with this sugarless Italian soda. It's bubbly and refreshing, creamy and delicious but not sweet.

This is also really inexpensive to make. I used Talking Rain brand plain carbonated water. It was only $1.00 for a two liter. For the cream I used half and half since that's what I had on hand but I think it would be even better with full cream. I'm sure it would also be good with coconut cream but I haven't tried that myself.

Here's what you'll need:

ice
sparkling water
cream
vanilla extract

Fill glass halfway with ice. Add sparkling water until about 3/4 full. Add a splash of cream and a drop of vanilla. Stir and enjoy!

that sounds decadent and delicious. I have a terrible sweet tooth so I'd probably add a tiny leaf form my stevia plant.
    yum!

  4. This is great! Instead of vanilla we added a splash of 100% fruit juice and it is delicious. I tried grape first and my husband did orange. Of course juice has some natural sugar but it is a small amount when it is this diluted. Thanks so much!
