As I have mentioned before, I love chicken salads! Here's another yummy chicken salad recipe:
Curry Chicken Salad
2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
1 cup apple, chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup almonds, chopped or slivered
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 tablespoon curry powder
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

ReplyDeleteIt probably would be good with both those greens. I've never tried it because I usually eat it straight out of the bowl. lol. But I bet it would be a lot healthier with greens. Good idea!
