Rosemary Chicken With Mushrooms

If only you could smell this...

This stir fry is super fast, easy and makes a delicious dinner.



 Rosemary Chicken With Mushrooms

2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cups white mushrooms, sliced
1/2 yellow onion, sliced
2 sprigs of rosemary, chopped and stems discarded
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Heat coconut oil in a skillet. Add chicken breasts and rosemary. Cook for about 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is mostly cooked through. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Stir together and cook for another 5 minutes or until the mushrooms and onions are nice and soft and the chicken is fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!

  1. Made this for dinner the other night, I used chopped onion instead of sliced. It was very good and a nice change from the usual! Delicious!
